Our SilverSneakers® classes are specially designed for older adults to stay active, strong, and social. With options ranging from gentle yoga to upbeat dance workouts, there’s something for every fitness level. Best of all, these classes are free with all memberships!
Silver Sneaker
Our SilverSneakers class is designed to help older adults stay active, strong, and independent. This fun, low-impact workout focuses on improving balance, flexibility, and overall strength in a supportive, social setting. All fitness levels are welcome — come move, laugh, and feel your best!
Balance Movement
Our SilverSneakers Balance Movement class combines gentle, low-intensity yoga with functional exercises to help older adults improve balance, flexibility, and mobility. This supportive class focuses on mindful movement, posture, and stability — perfect for maintaining strength and confidence in everyday activities.
Cardio Sculpting
Get moving and have fun with our SilverSneakers® Cardio Sculpting class! This medium-intensity, Zumba-style dance workout combines easy-to-follow moves with light strength training — all set to your favorite 80’s classics. It’s a great way to boost energy, improve coordination, and enjoy a heart-pumping good time!

ALL CLASSES
Our paid classes offer a variety of high-energy and specialized workouts, each with its own rates separate from membership. Classes that don’t require sign-up include HIIT20, Barbarian Burn, Power Push, Butts & Guts, Zumba, and Strength & Stability — drop in anytime and join the fun! For limited-space classes like Bungee, advance registration is required to secure your spot.
HIIT20
HIIT20 is our fast-paced, lunchtime bootcamp designed to fit your schedule! Join us for a powerful 20-minute high-intensity workout that boosts strength, endurance, and energy — perfect for a quick midday sweat. Have more time? Stay for the full 45-minute session to push your limits and maximize results.
POWER PUSH
Power Push is a 45-minute upper-body Tabata-style workout designed to build strength and endurance. Move through five dynamic stations that target arms, shoulders, chest, and back using timed high-intensity intervals with short recovery breaks. It’s a fast-paced, challenging class that delivers powerful results!
BARBEARIAN BURN
Barbarian Burn is a 45-minute station-based strength class designed to challenge your whole body. Move through a series of targeted stations to build muscle, improve endurance, and push your limits in a fun, high-energy environment. Perfect for anyone looking to get stronger and feel empowered!
BUNGEE
Experience fitness like never before with our exciting Bungee Class! Using a specialized harness and resistance cords, you’ll jump, fly, and move with ease while building strength, balance, and coordination. This low-impact, high-energy workout is as fun as it is effective — perfect for all fitness levels looking to add a little bounce to their routine! Butts & Guts is a 45-minute lower-body Tabata-style workout that targets your glutes, legs, and core. Move through five dynamic stations with high-intensity intervals and short recovery periods to tone, strengthen, and sculpt. ZUMBA
Turn your workout into a dance party with Zumba! This high-energy class combines Latin-inspired rhythms with easy-to-follow dance moves for a fun, full-body cardio workout. No dance experience needed — just bring your energy, move to the music, and have a blast while burning calories!
STRENGTH & STABILITY
Join our Saturday Strength & Stability class for a bootcamp-style workout designed for all fitness levels. This session focuses on building full-body strength, improving balance, and enhancing overall stability through a mix of functional exercises and dynamic movements. A great way to finish your week feeling strong and energized!
