SILVER SNEAKER

Find the best class for you. This is a class designed to help improve muscle strength, increase range of motion, and improve your daily life. Our instructor, Carla does a wonderful “follow the instructor” style of class. Meant for all levels.

POUND

Pound is the very first jam session style workout. Join this fun, energized, up beat class! Enjoy this high-intensity, sweat dripping, drum stick class! Meant for all levels.

KICKBOXING & CORE EXPRESS

This 45 minute cardio and Pilates based class will tech you basic kickboxing skills and combinations to improve power, agility, balance, and core strength. No equipment is required, and the time flies by as you learn to kick, punch, and box in a positive environment!


YOGA

If you’re looking for help with flexibility, stretching, and mental endurance, you’ve found the right class for you. Try our beginner yoga style class with a low- medium intensity.

CARDIO SCULPTING & ABS

Get those abs everyone is looking for. This is a “instructor following” style for any age. This class does anything from stability ball exercises to 80’s themed cardio. A great class for our Silver Sneaker folks.

Be inspired to move forward in developing your cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance. POWER STRENGTH FUSION

Dynamic total body strength training at its best! Work your body from head to toe while strengthening your core and improving your balance. This total body workout is the real deal with no time wasted and no muscle left untouched using weights and your body for resistance. Creative exercises designed to cross train for the maximum results in the shortest amount of time possible. Develop a body that's strong, defined and knows how to move with power and grace. We start with a 25 minute Boot Camp to prime the muscles for an all encompassing workout!
