Parents Basement
Starting off in the basement of Bryan Franck's parents home, the 11 piece equipment gym was available to all of Mr. Franck's friends at no charge. A total of 2o members
5th St
As Mr. Franck's clientele progressed, his dad told him he needed to get his own spot- which was the start of renting his very first independent gym. He had 1,000 sq ft., 2o pieces of equipment, and a total of 200 members at $10 per membership, this was Wausau's 1st 24/7 gym.
17th Ave
During the transition of 5th-17th, Bryan moved his 1,000 sq. ft. gym into a 3,000 sq. ft. two story home. Only trusted members got the key to their 24/7 access and with over 800 members and 4o pieces of equipment, Bryan was expanding quickly.
Current
After a year, a 15,000 sq ft. warehouse became available. Bryan took $250,000 and remodeled it into what we know today. We are currently sitting at over 100 machines, and 24/7 access for over 1500 members

Weightlifting & Cardio
We offer over 50 pieces of weightlifting equipment to fit all of your needs. There are plate loaded, pin loaded, Hammer Strength, Magnum, Cybex, Paramount, biangular, isometric, and numerous styles of racks/platforms - all available for 24/7 use!
With our row of over 10 treadmills, we have various styles of ellipticals , Arc trainers, various bikes, new step machines, stair masters, and some Arc trainers for your cardio needs. This is a great place to get the blood flowing before and after your workout!
Locker Rooms
Enjoy access to our 24/7 locker rooms, equipped with lockers and showers for your daily need. We offer a locker service to all members; giving you access to your lockers overnight for a small fee of $5 per month.
Mat Room & Group Training
This room is a perfect spot for stretches, circuits, body weight exercise machines, boxing, reverse hyper back extension machines, and much more!
We offer a various display of classes for all levels! Our group training room can be used whenever there is not a class in action. This is great place to expand your walking lunges, yolk carries, tire flips, and any other exercises you can think of!
Sauna & Tanning
With vacations and winter, tanning can be a necessity to get you through. With the option of a lay down or stand up bed, you can access your tanning needs 24/7!

Connected to both the men and women’s bathroom, this sauna is welcomed to everyone. Just add water to the rocks and get the tropical feeling everyone is looking for. You can add essential oils to help maximize your experience and enhance your benefits.
