For more than five decades, Bryan Franck has been a cornerstone of strength and inspiration in the fitness world. As the owner and founder of Francks Gym, he has spent 52 years building communities and empowering generations to find discipline, balance, and resilience through training.

CLASS SCHEDULE

At our gym, we offer a wide range of group fitness classes designed to fit every lifestyle and fitness level. Members can enjoy free, included classes such as Relaxation Yoga, Silver Sneakers, and Cardio Sculpting—perfect for building strength, flexibility, and overall wellness. For something different and fun, try our unique specialty classes like Bungeeand Zumba. If you’re looking for a challenge, our bootcamp-style sessions deliver high-energy workouts, including HIIT20 during lunch, or evening favorites like Butts & Guts, Power Push, and Barbearian Burn. To round out your week, join us on Saturdays for Strength & Stability, a great way to build balance and endurance.
