ABOUT CLASSES

SILVER SNEAKERS

Find the best class for you. This is a class designed to help improve muscle strength, increase range of motion, and improve your daily life. Our instructor, Carla does a wonderful “follow the instructor” style of class. Meant for all levels.
CARDIO SCULPTING

Get those abs everyone is looking for. This is a “instructor following” style for any age. This class does anything from stability ball exercises to 80’s themed cardio. A great class for our Silver Sneaker folks.
BALANCE MOVEMENT

This is a “follow the instructor” style for anyone needing a little help with their balance. This class goes through basic stability exercises to help improve your everyday life.
MOVE HEALTHY W/ EXERCISE BALL

With Dr. Matt from Bautch Chiropractic as an instructor, enjoy this 30 minute low intensity stability ball class. Make your body feel great again with some of these simple movements!

Be inspired to move forward in developing your cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance. With ever changing workouts and progressions to challenge any body, Fit360 Express helps you develop functional fitness for life in just 45 minutes a week
Power Strength

Dynamic total body strength training at its best! Work your body from head to toe while strengthening your core and improving your balance. This total body workout is the real deal with no time wasted and no muscle left untouched using weights and your body for resistance. Creative exercises designed to cross train for the maximum results in the shortest amount of time possible. Develop a body that's strong, defined and knows how to move with power and grace. We start with a 25 minute Boot Camp to prime the muscles for an all encompassing workout!
HIIT20

HIIT20- high intensity interval training is a 20 minute bootcamp style class. During this class, you will alternate shorter burst of high energy followed by a slower low energy burst. Enjoy the fun with dumbbells, kettlebells, and various jumping/ step ups. This class is calibrated towards each individuals needs while giving you the perfect mid day workout! This is meant for all ages, skill levels! Define your muscles, improve your endurance, and enjoy this class!
Hybrid Yoga

Join this 45 minutes beginner friendly yoga class! We practice foundational asanas that focuses on strength and flexibility. We also include variations for those looking for a deeper stretch. Mats and blocks are available. Namaste
