Bryan Franck began his fitness journey in the basement of his parents’ home, where he offered an 11-piece gym free to 20 friends. As his clientele grew, he knew he needed to find a dedicated space—leading to the opening of his first independent gym. This 1,000 sq. ft. facility housed 20 pieces of equipment and served 200 members at $10 per month, marking the launch of Wausau’s first 24/7 gym. As demand continued to rise, Bryan expanded into a 3,000 sq. ft. two-story location, offering key-based 24/7 access to trusted members. With over 800 members and 40 pieces of equipment, the gym’s success quickly outgrew the space. Within a year, Bryan invested $250,000 to remodel a 15,000 sq. ft. warehouse—transforming it into the state-of-the-art facility it is today, featuring over 100 machines and 24/7 access for more than 1,500 members.
